Golfview Hills Homes Association
The Golfview Hills Homes Association is a not-for-profit corporation created by the developers of Golfview Hills. It's purpose is to preserve the single-family residential nature of the development, enforce its protective covenants, declarations and by-laws, and maintain its lakes and parks. The Community is divided into 15 areas, each with a representative serving a two year term on the Board of Directors. Representatives are nominated by area residents and Board officers are elected from these representatives. Board meetings are held on the third Thursday of selected months at 7:00pm usually at the Westmont Fire Station, South at Cass Avenue and 61st Street. The Annual Meeting is held on the third Friday of February. New Board members are elected, the annual budget is presented and voted on and reports from the various committees and community groups are presented. The budget is the basis for the annual homeowner's assessment. The funds are used for legal and insurance expenses, maintenance of area parks, lakes and entryways, and for capital improvements and neighborhood beautification. New Residents should receive a copy of the Protective Covenants, Declarations and By-Laws. These are recorded with the county of DuPage against the title of each property. The Architechural committee must approve all construction of and alterations to any buildings within the community before DuPage County issues building permits. Until further notice all meetings will be held by telephone conference or Zoom starting at 7 pm on the dates listed below. Homeowners wishing to attend a particular meeting should email [email protected]
between Saturday and 7 pm the Tuesday before the meeting to receive a call-in number or Zoom link.
Any changes to location or schedule will be posted on the GHHA website and distributed by email to owners who have provided their email address to the Association.
