The Golfview Hills Homes Association is a not-for-profit corporation created by the developers of Golfview Hills. It's purpose is to preserve the single-family residential nature of the development, enforce its protective covenants, declarations and by-laws, and maintain its lakes and parks. The Community is divided into 15 areas, each with a representative serving a two year term on the Board of Directors. Representatives are nominated by area residents and Board officers are elected from these representatives. Board meetings are held on the third Thursday of selected months at 7:00pm usually at the Westmont Fire Station, South at Cass Avenue and 61st Street. The Annual Meeting is held on the third Friday of February. New Board members are elected, the annual budget is presented and voted on and reports from the various committees and community groups are presented. The budget is the basis for the annual homeowner's assessment. The funds are used for legal and insurance expenses, maintenance of area parks, lakes and entryways, and for capital improvements and neighborhood beautification. New Residents should receive a copy of the Protective Covenants, Declarations and By-Laws. These are recorded with the county of DuPage against the title of each property. The Architechural committee must approve all construction of and alterations to any buildings within the community before DuPage County issues building permits. 2024 Board Meeting Schedule
Golfview Hills Homes Association
Meetings will be held by Zoom according to the schedule listed below. All meetings start at 7 PM. The exception is the Board meeting on Friday February 16, 2024, which will be held at Holmes School, 5800 Holmes Ave. in Clarendon Hills, following the annual meeting of members that starts at that location at 7:30 PM.
Homeowners wishing to attend a particular Zoom meeting should email [email protected] between Saturday and 7 PM the Tuesday before the meeting to receive the Zoom link for the meeting. Meetings are open to all Association property owners but closed to the public.
